Terms and Conditions

One day Sailing Trip

Booking and Payment:

  1. The passenger can send a request through mail or send a message by means of viber or whatsapp to check availability of a trip on their chosen date
  2. Once the chosen date is available the fee must be paid in full by means of a bank transfer. And upon verification of the payment an acknowledgement receipt or invoice will be sent to the passenger who made the payment by means of electronic email.

Confirmation of the Sailing Trip

  1. Sailing Trip will only be considered confirmed as soon it reached the minimum number of passenger as specified.
  2. Sailing Trip once achieve the confirmed status all passengers on the specific date/schedule trip will received notification by means of email and final details and requirements such as documentation regarding the trip will be stated.
  3. Sailing Trip once achieve the confirmed status La Luna Libra Star wont be able to change the details of the trip and commit to perform the job as per stated. However in case of force majeure all passengers will be informed and advised

Cancellation Policy, Refund and Amendments

  1. For cancellations notified to us more than 30 days before departure the fee will be refunded
  2. For cancellations notified to us more than 15 days before departure 50% refund
  3. For cancellations notified to us less than 15 days before departure no refund
  4. For change of date / schedule cancellation charge will apply and all balance monies will be transfer to new booking schedule.
  5. For Non Showat the departure date and time of the sailing trip there will be no refund.
  1. The Company reserves the right to alter itinerary trips or prices, or cancel any trips listed.
  2. Passengers will have no right to any partial or total reimbursement of the deposited Fee in the event that the full enjoyment and planned schedule of the sailing holiday is compromised by reasons of force majeure, bad weather or other factors.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED VIA E-MAIL BY La Luna Libra Star

By The Company

  1. La Luna Libra Star could cancel an unconfirmed sailing trip at any time. Should the circumstances arise where due to insufficient bookings we are forced to cancel any sailing trip. In this case the passengers will be reimbursed of the fee they have deposited following that the Company shall be exempt from any further liability.
  2. La Luna Libra Star could cancel a confirmed Sailing trip by giving an immediate or prompt notice to passengers. In this case, the amount already paid to the company will be returned.

By the Passenger

  1. Until the Sailing Holiday does not reached the confirmed status the passenger has the right to cancel his/her booking and the fee will be reimburse
  2. Once the Sailing Holiday is confirmed, the passenger could still cancel his/her booking and cancellation policy will apply for the refund of the fee.
  3. In the event that the Sailing trip was been Confirmed even before it reached the minimum required passengers the passenger will have the right to cancel his /her booking within 48 hours after receiving the notice of confirmation of confirmed holiday in order to get a refund of the fee

Force Majeure

La Luna Libra Star MCPY cannot accept any responsibility for any    cancellation arising out of matters of which we have no control such as bad weather. La Luna Libra Star MCPY accepts no responsibility for any such non fulfillment of the trip caused by bad weather or external forces that we cannot control. No fee will be refunded once the trip has commenced.

Lost Property

Luggage or any valuable item is carried at the owners risk and we shall not be responsible for any property or           equipment lost on the boat

Changes of Itineraries and Timings and Fees

All promos, sailing trips and its schedules are still to be confirmed and   may subject to change without prior    notice.

When you make Booking with us you are deemed to have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
